Welcome to the Professional Choice Mortgage rates page.

Rates can be very volatile and there are many factors that determine a specific interest rate for a client, including a client's credit score, the loan to value ratio (down payment percentage) and the length of the rate lock among other variables.  If you have read our How Rates Change tab, you will know that mortgage rates are ultimately derived from the Mortgage-Backed Securities market.

I publish a weekly rate watch report, which if you click on the link below can read the most recent report. The report gives a brief recap of the factors affecting the Mortgage-Backed Securities market.  Please note that the interest rate example noted in the Weekly Rate Watch report is from that day for a specific client profile.  Therefore it is dated material and interest rates more than likely have changed for better or worse from the rate on that day.  In addition, your profile may be different as well.  If you would like to discuss rates or get a free rate quote, please feel free to contact us by phone, email or by completing the New Rate Quote form, just click on the How Rates Change Tab above and the form will be at the bottom of that page.
